Our cigar rings are a wonderful and sustainable way to recycle your precious items into something modern that is made just for you! Remodel your existing precious metals in-house with us and breathe new life (and style) into old (and maybe slightly dated) jewellery. 

Keep the desired essence and sentimental value of your jewellery all while we let the hot flames cleanse anything you wish to leave behind so your jewellery has a bright new start.

  • Order your sand cast organic cigar ring by paying the $350 fee and leaving your details.

  • We will send you a ring sizer (if needed) and a pre-paid and tracked courier bag for you to return your metals for remodelling.

  • We will make contact with you again as soon as we receive your metal.

  • Once we receive your metal we weigh it and check it’s purity. We confirm with you your ring size and the width of your ring and let you know that we are ready to melt and pour your ring using the sand-casting method.

  • Any stones and other findings are carefully removed, set aside, and returned to you after casting and finishing.

  • Each wide ring (about 10-12mm in width) requires about 10-15gms of gold or silver (depending on the size of ring you need), or we can make a narrower ring according to how much metal you have and your ring size.

  • We can top up the amount of metal that you have at a per gram price that we calculate daily according to the market price.  And we can quote for supplying all the metal for your cigar ring if you don’t have metal to contribute.

  • Each ring costs $350 to sand cast using 100% your own metal (sterling silver, 9ct, 14ct, 18ct, 22ct or 24ct yellow gold). White gold and rose gold alloys may not be able to be used due to the possibility of them not pouring well. We cannot use platinum as the melting temperature is too high to process in-house. 

  • Results may vary depending on how much solder (and other contaminants) is in your original jewellery – expect natural flaws and unique, organic textures that add to the one-of-a-kind character of your hand-poured organic cigar ring.

  • Ring sizers are available on request.
  • We will send you a ring sizer (if needed) and a pre-paid and tracked courier bag for you to return your metals for remodelling.

Can I commission a ring if I don’t have any metals to contribute? Yes, you can commission us to supply all the metal needed to make your new ring. Please ask us for a quote.

Can you provide additional metal if I don’t have enough?
Yes, we can top up the amount of metal you have at a per gram price calculated daily according to the market price. We can also quote for supplying all the metal needed for your cigar ring if you don’t have any to contribute.

Will my ring have a unique appearance?
Yes, results may vary depending on the amount of solder and other contaminants in your original jewellery. Expect natural flaws and unique, organic textures that add to the one-of-a-kind character of your hand-poured organic cigar ring.
