How it works
Begin by browsing our impression collection. Choose your metal, pendant size, number of pendants and chain length for your necklace. Add your chosen items to your cart, leave any notes at checkout (e.g. let us know if you want any initials stamped on the back of your labelled impressions) and complete your order.
Within 2-3 days, you’ll receive an impression kit that includes detailed instructions on how to make your impression using the putty provided.
Follow the instructions to create your impression, and then send it back to us using the pre-paid envelope provided when you are happy with the shape and texture of your impression.
Once we receive your impression, we will craft your necklace according to your specifications and with you in mind. Your impression necklace will be delivered to you within 4 to 6 weeks, ready to be worn and admired.
