Free shipping on all items New Zealand wide via tracked courier.  This usually takes about 2 business days for urban areas and around 5 business days for rural areas.

Your order will be sent via tracked courier and a signature will be required.

Shipping Outside of New Zealand

We use New Zealand post and send your item via a tracked system.  Please allow 10+ business days for your package to arrive.

Please note that International orders may incur customs or import duty fees when your order arrives. Please contact your local customs office for further information. Coveted Jewellery will not be liable for any import or custom taxes that may apply to your order.

In instances where impression kits are to be delivered overseas, the purchaser is responsible for the cost of returning the wax impression to be cast by us and also responsible for the cost of having the finished piece returned to them. 

Any return courier labels included in our Coveted Impression Kits for the return of waxes to be cast, expire six months after purchase.  These labels may not cover the cost of return shipping from a rural address within New Zealand – if you live rurally please check with your postal service before sending.  Return labels included in the Coveted Impression Kits are for New Zealand domestic use only.

Our jewellery is handmade to order in our Wellington workshop unless specified as ‘Ready to Ship’.

Made to order items can take 6 to 8 weeks depending on our supply chain and the handmade nature of our product.. Ready to Ship items will be dispatched within 3 business days. If you need an item sooner or by a specific date, please contact us at hello@covetd.nz and we will try our best to accommodate you.

Conditions of return
Coveted Jewellery that is Ready to Ship (excludes handmade to order) may be returned for an exchange or credit note within 10 days of receiving the item. The item must be returned in unworn condition with the original packaging at the expense of the customer.  Exchange requests are subject to item availability and at the discretion of Coveted Jewellery. Credit notes will be valid for 6 months from issue date.
Under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act we will endeavour to remedy manufacturing faults with a replacement or a credit note.
As most of our jewellery is handmade to order according to customer specifications, we do not offer refunds for change of mind.  Please consider this prior to placing your order. Do not hesitate to contact us with any questions you might have about the product prior to purchasing it.  
Shipping costs and custom duties will not be refunded or credited.
We will repair manufacturing faults at no cost within 6 months of the purchase date, however it is our policy that you return the piece for inspection before we agree to the repair. We reserve the right to not repair, or to add a cost to any goods returned after the aforementioned 6 month period. Manufacturing faults do not include; broken chain, chipped or scratched surfaces, general wear and tear including rings that have been bent out of shape, chains that have had force applied, oxidised or on which the plating is fading. Coveted Jewellery is made by hand, each piece is individual and therefore slight alterations from the images shown on the website may occur.
If you have ordered the incorrect size, we offer a resizing service for a nominal fee.
We advise you to measure the length you would like before ordering a necklace. The best way to do this is to put a piece of string around your neck and measure the length you like. 
Sale items cannot be returned.  Please choose carefully.

If you wish to change or cancel an order, you must contact us at hello@coveted.nz within 24 hours of placing your order or registering your impression online. Orders can not be cancelled after production has begun. 

Due to the market fluctuations for precious metals Coveted reserves the right to alter prices in estimates and quotes that are older than 3 weeks.

The advertised price for pre-purchased jewellery is valid for 3 months from the original purchase date.

Coveted customers must return their waxes for casting within 3 months of purchase in order for Coveted to honour the pre-purchase price.

After this period, additional charges may apply due to fluctuations in precious metal pricing, gemstone pricing, and production costs.

As all pieces are individually handcrafted, slight variations may occur between original concepts, wax carvings, sketches, reference images, and finished pieces. Certain technical aspects of production, including stone setting methods, may need to be adjusted to ensure structural integrity, durability, and wearability.

Where significant design changes are required, we will endeavour to discuss these with the customer prior to production.
